360-degree assessments

As an alternative approach, instead of an online survey that includes several questions requiring written responses, I conduct interviews of the key players who interact with the executive and aggregate the responses while ensuring that there is no attribution of who said what.

In either case, the 360-degree assessment helps the executive understand their strengths and identify areas in which they want to grow, ultimately accelerating their learning curve.
