Onboarding Executive Coaching

Onboarding is the orientation and education of a new employee or an employee in a new job. Onboarding executive coaching also includes involving the executive’s staff, peer, and management in order to:

  • Bolster management and communication skills – with staff, board and constituents;
  • Establish priorities that best serve the organization;
  • Provide support as the organization assimilates the new/newly promoted executive;
  • Accelerate the effectiveness of the new/newly promoted executive; and
  • Set the new/newly promoted executive up for success.
