A 360-degree assessment gathers and interprets multiple perspectives on the performance, contribution, and growth areas of an individual. Perspectives come from their manager, direct reports, peers, and others who are knowledgeable about the individual’s work and workplace. In addition, the individual does a self-evaluation. A 360-degree assessment helps the person understand his/her strengths and identify areas in which he/she wants to grow. This ultimately accelerates his/her learning curve.
