Onboarding Executive Coaching
Onboarding is the orientation and education of a new employee or an employee in a new job. Onboarding executive coaching also includes involving the executive’s staff, peers, and management in order to:
- Bolster management and communication skills – with staff, board, and constituents
- Establish priorities that best serve the organization
- Provide support as the organization assimilates the new/newly promoted executive
- Accelerate the effectiveness of the new/newly promoted executive
- Set the new/newly promoted executive up for success
