How I Work

My focus is on creating functional teams, harassment-free workplaces, and HR infrastructures. Based on your objectives, your culture, your competition, and the people you serve, we will:

  • Build a plan around what you can realistically expect of your current staff
  • Distinguish between the changes you will have to make and changes that – though appealing – are not imperative
  • Determine what additional resources you will need

During this process of making trade-offs (and there are ALWAYS trade-offs), I will be with you to help you and your staff set and adjust to new expectations, new processes, and new people. As we learn more we will modify what we do to overcome previously unseen barriers and to take advantage of serendipitous opportunities. Since I am a solo practitioner, when you hire me, you get me.
